itunes / ipod / playlists to help?

OK So I have a couple of songs that are on my iPod, but want to make a new list iTunes playlists with new songs and the couple I have on my ipod. Is the iPod more than once?

The playlists do not copy their songs more than once. They are simply a list of music that access to music from space, are already in. Let a new playlist and drag songs you want on them.
