im thinking about getting an i phone the only things stopping me is ATT and the 200txt messages WTH 200!!!!!!! i use 10X more than that (no really my last bill showed 1400 text good thing i have unlimited) is their a plan with more txt msg

Yeah it is really simple just call at&t customer service and tell them you want to add unlimited messaging and they will gladly add it to your plan. or when you activate the phone on iTunes just add unlimited messaging if you can if not then call them. They want to make money they are not going to stop you from adding an additional $20 or $40 (those are real prices not made up) to your bill for unlimited messaging. As for customer service I have no idea i use T-Mobile which has the best customer service of any company I have ever used. Although I my friend got an iPhone and the charger with it was bad so she went to the nearest at&t retail store to exchange it. She got their at 6:30 and they refused to let her in even though they closed at 7. They said this was normal policy for all at&t stores. needless she was pretty pissed and went back to the store the next day and started to yell at the manger when he refused to exchange the charger he said he she had to sent to apple and get them to replace she called Apple right their in the store and the rep on the phone said that at&t had to replace chargers when a bad one was brought in and that memo was sent to all stores 2 days before and that at&t even had sent a press release to all the major media outlets(By the way that is how she found out her charger was bad she tested it when she heard about the problems on the radio) and on top of that at&t had the press release on their website and she showed him on her iPhone and read it out loud. He still refused she started to yell some more and then left. She loved the phone but because of customer service she returned it and is waiting until she can use the iPhone on T-Mobile’s network and she really regretted leaving T-Mobile for at&t.
