Trouble from iPod to iTunes?
My ipod touch is not showing up on my imac. The reason I want it on my imac is because my itunes on my windows computer can’t access the itunes store. This has only happened after I sent in my imac for a new hard drive (manufacturing problem.) On my windows computers the ipod is showing up. I don’t want to get another USB port for my ipod because it works fine on my windows and seems like its just a waste of money.
I reset my ipod already and when I click restore, I get error 1439
Also I tried to fix my windows itunes, I downloaded the latest version of itunes, and I know my internet is not a problem because my network connections are fine.
My Firewall also has iTunes as a exception.
I don’t have Norton on my computer.
Also, the Apple store is closed for a month so I can’t take it there.
Also this is a test to see if Yahoo can give a good answer when there is a good question.

You may try this iTunes alternative, it that can help you manage iPod files including delete, upload, play, copy, etc. I always use it to sync my iPod when iTunes has problem, it works pretty well all the time.
