What iPod touch model do I have?

I want to know if I have a 2G or a 3G because of the features for the upcoming ios 4.
I got my iPod touch this past January in 2010 off Apple’s web site’s refurbished section, it is 16GB and I know its NOT the first generation. I think this might be the 3G because it has bluetooth and Voice Memos but I also think it might be the 2G because the 3G didn’t have 16GB.

I’m pretty sure yours is the older 2G model.
Because the newer 2G models have MC before the numbers in the Model type, and yours has MB.
